OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 26, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 2 of

Chapter 372 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Inquiries Act , is pleased, effective on and after March 5, 2019, to amend the Nova Scotia Home for Colored Children Restorative Inquiry Mandate and Terms of Reference as approved by OIC 2015-342 dated October 30, 2015, and amended by OIC 2018-2 dated January 16, 2018, by extending the duration of the Restorative Inquiry to June 30, 2019.
