Loi sur l’enseignement et la formation destinés aux adultes Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 3(1) of the French version of the Adult Education and Training Act,

chapter of the Re- vised Statutes, 2011, is amended by repealing para- graph

c) and substituting the following: 1 Le paragraphe 3(1) de la version française de la

Loi sur l’enseignement et la formation destinés aux adultes,

chapitre des Lois révisées de 2011, est mo- difié par l’abrogation de l’alinéa c ) et son remplace- ment par ce qui suit :

c) crée et exploite l’établissement appelé New Brunswick College of Craft and Design aux fins de prestation de programmes d’enseignement supérieur non universitaire;
