OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 5, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 34 of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2004, the Police Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to: (

a) enter into an Extension Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada for the Framework Agreement for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police First Nations Community Policing Service substantially in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) enter into Extension Agreements for the Community Tripartite Agreements with the Chapel Island First Nation, Waycobah First Nation, Wagmatcook First Nation, Eskasoni First Nation, Pictou Landing First Nation, Shubenacadie First Nation, the Millbrook First Nation, and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, substantially in the form set out in Schedules "B" to "H" respectively, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

c) enter into an Extension Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, the Membertou First Nation, and the Cape Breton Regional Municipality, substantially in the form set out in

Schedule "I" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
