OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 24, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of a right of way with respect to Crown land at Terence Bay, Halifax County, at the approximate location shown marked in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Deal Excavating Services Limited, a body corporate with a registered office at Halifax, Halifax County, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $250.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
