Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)
Under the authority of
section 10 of the Environment Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Western Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of Westport as a protected water supply area.
NOTICE
This area includes all lands described as follows:
That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 526000 5512000 31 00' for a distance of 325 metres to the commencement point;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 0 0' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 35 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 75 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 175 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 86 00' grid azimuth
for a distance of 1,600 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 197 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 100 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 272 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,000 metres to the point of commencement.
All bearings refer to Grid North.
