Statute: Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated February 27, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 16 of the Acts of 1990, the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Donald MacDonald of Greenwood, Kings County, as a member of the Management Corporation of the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre for a term of three (3) years commencing March 31, 2017; (

b) reappoint Murray Salsman of Grafton, Kings County, as a member of the Management Corporation of the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre for a term of three (3) years commencing March 31, 2017; (

c) order that Donald MacDonald and Murray Salsman be remunerated for their service with an annual stipend in the amount of $1,800, to be paid on a pro rata basis.
