OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated January 16, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 38A(8) of
Chapter 217 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Income Tax Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the establishment and administration of a volunteer firefighter tax credit in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after January 1, 2007.
