Order in Council 115/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 6 of the Ontario Forest Tenure Modernization Act, 2011, S.O. 2011,

Chapter 10

Barry Galloway , of Selwyn, Ontario

be appointed as part-time member, and designated vice chair, of the Temagami Forest Management Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 1 year, effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
