Order in Council 1379/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990,

chapter H.8,

Shelley R. Unterlander

be appointed as Registrar of Motor Vehicles effective November 29, 2020.

Further that Order in Council numbered O.C. 841/2020 dated May 28, 2020 appointing Nosa Ero-Brown as Registrar of Motor Vehicles be revoked.
