Order in Council 489/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , John Kromkamp of Toronto be appointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further,

whereas John Kromkamp was reappointed a part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of three years, effective January 15, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 2358/2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 2358/2017 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
