Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Section 7 and clause (
a) of
Section 20 of
Chapter 45 of the Acts of 2007,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, do come into force on and not before April 1, 2008.
