Order in Council 1677/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Gregory William McGivern , Barrister and Solicitor of Chatham, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective December 26, 2024.
