chapter 48 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2014, is amended 1 Le paragraphe 2(1) de la

10 Subsection 3(5) of the French version of the Reg- ulation is amended by striking out “des règles de com- bat du sport” and substituting “des règles du sport de combat”. 10 Le paragraphe 3(5) de la version française du Rè- glement est modifié par la suppression de « des règles de combat du sport » et son remplacement par « des rè- gles du sport de combat ». 11

Section 5 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted: 11 L’article 5 du Règlement est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 5(1) At least 30 days before the date of the event, the holder of an event permit shall provide the Commission with the following documents and information: 5(1) Au moins trente jours avant la date de la manifes- tation sportive, le titulaire du permis de manifestation sportive fournit à la Commission les documents et les renseignements suivants : (

a) the contestants matched up to participate in each bout to be held, including:

i) the name of both contestants; (

b) the number of bouts to be held;

c) the number of rounds in each bout;

e) an emergency plan for the venue where the event will be held; and

i) security services for the event shall be pro- vided by a person who holds a security services li- cence issued under the Private Investigators and Security Services Act; and (

b) the names of the ringside medical practitioners that the Commission is required to have present at an event, and

c) the amount of the fee fixed by the Commission for each official and ringside medical practitioner that is to be paid by the holder of the event permit.

titre de bourse de participation. 7(4) At least 14 days before the date of the event, the holder of an event permit shall deposit in trust with the Commission funds equal to the full amount payable as fees to officials, including the ringside medical practi- tioners, that the Commission is required to have present at an event. 7(4) Le titulaire du permis de manifestation sportive doit, au moins quatorze jours avant la date de la manifes- tation sportive, déposer en fiducie auprès de la Commis- sion une somme égale aux honoraires à payer aux officiels ainsi qu’aux médecins de ring dont elle doit as- surer la présence à la manifestation sportive. 13

Section 9 of the Regulation is amended 13 L’article 9 du Règlement est modifié (

a) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following:

a) a report on the ticket sales for the event, and

Section 24 of the Regulation is amended 19 L’article 24 du Règlement est modifié (

a) by adding before subsection (1) the following:
