OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated May 4, 2006, and pursuant to subsections 4(1) and 4(2) of

Chapter 351 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation Act, is pleased to reappoint Roy Spence, Director of Liability Management and Treasury Services for the Department of Finance, as Director of the Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation for a further term of office of three years commencing June 1, 2006, and ending on May 31, 2009.
