Order in Council 1829/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 1598/2015 the Lieutenant Governor in Council reappointed Kathleen Reid of Norwood as part-time member of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission for a term commencing on November 18, 2015 for a period not to exceed three years;

And

whereas she wishes to resign her existing appointment as part-time member and is seeking reappointment as part-time member and designation as Chair of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission;

pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Heritage Hunting and Fishing Act, 2002,

Kathleen Reid of Norwood

be reappointed as part-time member and designated as Chair of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission effective on the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

And that Order in Council O.C. 1598/2015 dated November 18, 2015 be revoked effective immediately.
