LOI SUR L'UTILISATION D'ANIMAUX DANS LE CADRE D'ACTIVITÉS ILLÉGALES (Assented to ) (Date de sanction : ) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows: SA MAJESTÉ, sur l'avis et avec le consentement de l'Assemblée législative du Manitoba, édicte :

Definitions 1 The following

definitions apply in this Act. "property" means any real property. (« bien ») "unlawful act" means

an act or omission that is an offence under

an Act of Canada or Manitoba. (« acte illégal ») Définitions 1 Les définitions qui suivent s'appliquent à la présente loi. « acte illégal » Acte ou omission qui constitue une infraction à une loi du Canada ou du Manitoba. ("unlawful act") « bien » Tout bien réel. ("property") Offence — use of animals to protect property used for unlawful acts 2(1) No person who is committing an unlawful act on a property shall use an animal to protect th at property. Interpretation 2(2) For the purpose of subsection (1), an animal is protecting a property if the animal poses a thre at to a person who enters the property, having regard to (

a) the species or breed of animal; (
