Order in Council 283/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Blair Roedding was reappointed as full-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term effective January 1, 2020 and ending March 20, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1850/2019;

And

whereas Blair Roedding has since deceased;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Order in Council O.C. 1850/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
