OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated April 30, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 452(3) of
Chapter 18 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1998, the Municipal Government Act, and
Section 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, and the Recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated April 17, 2007 pursuant to
Section 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations to enter into an agreement with the federal government to amend the Canada Nova Scotia Municipal Rural Infrastructure (MRIF) Agreement to increase the federal, provincial and municipal funding levels by $7.483 million each.
