OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated July 26, 2016, and pursuant to Sections 13 and 15 of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2004, the Police Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint John Manning of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board for a term of three years commencing September 13, 2016; (

b) reappoint John Withrow of Halifax Regional Municipality (Mineville) as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board for a term of three years commencing September 13, 2016; (

c) appoint Anne Soucie of Belliveau Cove, Digby County as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board for a term of three years commencing September 13, 2016; and (

d) determine the remuneration of John Manning, John Withrow and Anne Soucie as members of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board to be $150 per meeting.
