OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Advanced Education dated March 14, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective March 25, 2025, to approve the Minister of Advanced Education entering into two agreements with the Government of Prince Edward Island with respect to post-secondary preferred admission programs for Prince Edward Island residents, substantially in the forms set forth in Appendix “A” and Appendix “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreements.
