Order in Council 1093/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Reducing Gridlock, Saving You Time Act, 2024

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Reducing Gridlock, Saving You Time Act, 2024 , c. 25, which amend the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021 , come into force:

Schedule 5, s. 1-5.
