Chinese Heritage Month

Commencement

This Bill proclaims the month of February in each year as Chinese Heritage Month Act .

HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

Chinese Heritage Month

1 The month of February in each year is proclaimed as Chinese Heritage Month in British Columbia.

Commencement

2 This Act comes into force on the date of Royal Assent.

Explanatory Note

This Bill proclaims the month of February in each year as Chinese Heritage Month Act .
