OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources dated January 31, 2005, pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, and
Section 7 of
Chapter 376 of the said Revised Statutes, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (
a) effective April 1, 2004, revoke approval of the Deputy Minister Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2002-244 dated May 16, 2002; (
b) effective April 1, 2004, revoke approval of the Management Compensation Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2002-244 dated May 16, 2002; (
c) effective April 1, 2004, revoke approval of the Administrative Support Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2002-244 dated May 16, 2002; (
d) approve the Deputy Minister Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule "I" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2004, to April 1, 2005; (
e) approve the Deputy Minister Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule "II" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2005; (
f) approve the Management Classification and Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule "III" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2004, to April 1, 2005; (
g) approve the Management Classification and Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule "IV" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2005; (
h) approve the Administrative Support Classification and Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule "V" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2004, to April 1, 2005; and (
i) approve the Administrative Support Classification and Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule "VI" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2005.
