OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated May 18, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and
Section 12 of the Business Development Incentives Regulations , N.S. Reg. 321/2015, made pursuant to
Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act , is pleased to consent to the decision of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated dated February 23, 2022, to approve a business development incentive by way of payroll rebates to Avanade Canada Inc. in an amount not to exceed $12,264,210.
