OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated January 27, 2004, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 11,265 square feet, more or less, situate at or near The Lodge, Lunenburg County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown cross-hatched on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the property, subject to a utility line easement and service line easement, to Jerry Harnish and Cheryl Harnish of The Lodge, Lunenburg County, for the price of $763.25; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
