OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated August 8, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 5(1)(
a) of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to appoint Leonard Ells of Hammonds Plains, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Agricultural College Foundation for a term of office of three years commencing August 29, 2002.
