Order in Council 1141/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Caroline Sand was reappointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective March 25, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 214/2023;

And

whereas Caroline Sand tendered her resignation effective April 23, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 214/2023 be revoked effective April 23, 2025.
