OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 5, 2003, pursuant to Sections 2(a), (

b) and (e), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (

g) and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 2(1)(o), 9(3) and 9(4), and Sections 59A(

a) and 59C(1) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve financial assistance by way of a Payroll Rebate Plan for Convergys Customer Management Canada Inc., of Truro, Colchester County, authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated pursuant to the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act and Regulations on March 4, 2003, as outlined in the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 5, 2003; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such consents, agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
