OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 5, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at East Gore and MacPhees Corner, Hants County, and at Elmsvale, Halifax County, being identified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale as PIDs 45118023, 45100773 and 40219487 and shown outlined in bold on the maps marked Schedules "A" to "C", which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, from Ledwidge Lumber Company Limited, its trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $116,600.00 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Ledwidge Lumber Company Limited, its trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
