Order in Council 1661/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Dr. Joel Alan Kirsh, a Coroner for Ontario, be appointed, effective September 1, 2017, as Regional Coroner for that part of the Central East Region of Ontario comprised of the following geographical areas prescribed under the Territorial Division Act, 2002: Durham, Muskoka and York, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
