CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Wascana Centre Act (Assented to June 3, 1992) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Wascana Centre Amendment Act, 1992. R.S.S. 1978, c.W-4,

section 56.1 amended

Section 56.1 of The Wascana Centre Act is amended: (

a) by renumbering it as subsection 56.1(1); and (

b) by adding the following subsection after subsection (1): A(2) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the total of the amount to be paid pursuant to

section by the participating parties to the authority in the fiscal year commencing on April 1, 1992 and ending on March 31, 1993 is equal to 95% of the total amount paid pursuant to this Act by the participating parties to the authority in the fiscal year commencing on April 1, 1991 and ending on March 31, 1992@. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent, but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from April 1, 1992.
