OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 14, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective June 15, 2017, to: (
a) assign responsibility for labour relations to the Honourable Mark Furey, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Labour Relations; and (
b) confirm that, for administrative purposes, all affairs and matters relating to labour relations remain attached to the Public Service Commission.
