Section of the Gasoline and Motive Fuel Tax Act,

chapter G-3 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by adding after subsection (1) the following: 1 L’article de la Loi de la taxe sur l’essence et les carburants,

a) by repealing paragraph (g.01) and substituting the following:

b) par l’abrogation de l’alinéa g.02) et son rempla- cement par ce qui suit : (g.02) respecting the keeping of records by interjur- isdictional carriers, consumers of tax exempt motive fuel and persons applying for refunds or rebates of the tax paid under this Act, including, requiring the keeping of records by the carriers, consumers and persons, the information to be contained in the records, the manner of keeping the records, the form and format of the re- cords and the place or places where the records are to be kept; g.02) concernant la tenue de registres par les trans- porteurs interterritoriaux, les consommateurs de carbu- rant exempté de la taxe et les personnes qui présentent des demandes de remboursement ou de réduction de la taxe payée en application de la présente loi, notamment en exigeant leur tenue par eux, les renseignements qu’ils doivent renfermer, le mode de leur tenue, leur forme et leur format ainsi que l’endroit ou les endroits de leur tenue; 4 This Act or any provision of it comes into force on a day or days to be fixed by proclamation. 4 La présente loi ou l’une quelconque de ses disposi- tions entre en vigueur à la date ou aux dates fixées par proclamation.
