Order in Council 988/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 45.14(3) of the Human Rights Code , Mary Joe Freire of Kitchener be re-designated as Chair of the board of directors of the Human Rights Legal Support Centre for the Province of Ontario on an interim basis, effective July 22, 2021, for a fixed term of six months or ending when a new Chair is appointed, whichever occurs first.
