OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated June 22, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 8 of

Chapter 20 of the Acts of 1990, the Film Nova Scotia Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve amendments made by the Board of Directors of Film Nova Scotia to the By-laws of Film Nova Scotia, approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 98-196 dated May 5, 1998, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated June 22, 2011; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this order.
