OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage, dated April 3, 2020, and pursuant to
section 5 of
Chapter 22 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Patricia Donnelly of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a governor of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, for a three year term commencing May 28, 2020; and (
b) appoint Shauntay Grant of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a governor of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, for a three year term commencing May 28, 2020.
