OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated June 18, 1998, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Her Province of Nova Scotia, to accept from Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada the transfer of administration and control of a parcel of land, containing 3248 square metres, more or less, said lands are situate at Factory Cove, Halifax County, and being more particularly described in
