Section of the Tuition Tax Cash Back Credit Act,

chapter T-16.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2006, is amended by repealing the definition “eligible individual” and substituting the following: 1 L’article de la

chapitre T-16.5 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2006, est modifié par l’abrogation de la définition « particulier admissible » et son remplacement par ce qui suit : “eligible individual” means an individual who, on or after January 1, 2005, is enrolled at an educational insti- tution referred to in paragraph 11 8.5(1)(

a) or (

c) of the Federal Act or is a student at a university referred to in paragraph 118.5(1)(

b) of the Federal Act and who there- after obtains a degree, diploma or certificate from an eligible institution. ( particulier admissible) « particulier admissible » Particulier qui, le er janvier ou après cette date, est inscrit à un établissement d’enseignement visé à l’alinéa 11 8.5(1)

a) ou

c) de la loi fédérale ou est un étudiant à une université visée à l’ali- néa 118.5(1)

b) de la loi fédérale et qui, par la suite, obtient un grade universitaire, un diplôme ou un certificat d’un établissement admissible. Section The existing provision is as follows:

a) is or was enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis, on or after January 1, 2005, at an educational institution referred to in paragraph 118.5(1)(

a) or (

c) of the Federal Act, or

a) est ou était inscrit à plein temps ou à temps partiel, le 1er janvier ou après cette date, à un établissement d’enseignement visé à l’alinéa 118.5(1)

a) ou

c) de la loi fédérale; (

b) is or was a student in full-time or part-time attendance, on or after January 1, 2005, at a university referred to in paragraph 118.5(1)(

b) of the Federal Act. (particulier admissible)
