OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 14, 1998, and pursuant to

Section 28 of

Chapter 348 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Police Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Brian Creighton of Amherst, Cumberland County as a member and designate him as Chairman of the Police Review Board for a further term of office of three years commencing July 25, 1998 and ending July 24, 2001; (

b) reappoint Jean McKenna of Porter's Lake, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member and Alternate Chair of the Police Review Board for a further term of office of three years commencing July 25, 1998 and ending July 24, 2001; (

c) reappoint Linda Fraser of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Police Review Board for a further term of office of three years commencing July 25, 1998 and ending July 24, 2001; and (

d) fix the remuneration of the Chair at $200.00 per meeting, the Alternate Chair at $175.00 per meeting and each member at $150.00 per meeting.
