OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated May 28, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Bonnie Lee, made pursuant to Order in Council 1999-393 dated August 9, 1999; and (
b) appoint Bonnie Price of Annapolis Royal, Annapolis County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
