Appendix

1 The Societies Regulation, B.C. Reg. 216/2015, is amended by adding the following section:

Application of

section 41 of Act

9.1

(1) Section 41 [employment of directors] of the Act does not apply to the First Nations Summit Society.

(2) The First Nations Summit Society must, in the financial statements of the society required under

section 35 [financial statements] of the Act, disclose the fact that

section 41 of the Act does not apply.
