Section 48 of
Chapter 12 of the Acts of 2001, the Transportation Amendments
(2001) Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 2 to 5, 10, 11 and 13 to 15 of
Chapter 12 of the Acts of 2001, the Transportation Amendments
(2001) Act, come into force on and not before April 1, 2002.
