Order in Council 219/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 ,

Balaji Gopidasan of Waterloo

be reappointed as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a period of three years, effective March 9, 2018 to and including March 8, 2021.
