Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Public Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 385, s. 15 Other: OIC 176/2021 O10656243 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with th e advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective December 5, 2022, (

a) the appointment of Theresa Wan Yee Ho as a Minister ial Advisor in the Office of the Minister of Health, made by Order in Council 176/2021, is rescinded, (

b) Theresa Wan Yee Ho is appointed as a Senior Minister ial Advisor in the Office of the Minister of Health, (

c) Theresa Wan Yee Ho is to be paid in accordance w ith the band classification set out in the British Columbia Management Classification and Compensation Framework administered by the Public Service Agency, and (

d) terms and conditions of employm ent equivalent to those established for category C appointees in “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Theresa Wan Yee Ho. 653 December 2, 2022
