B.C. Reg. 596/2004, deposited December 13, 2004, pursuant to the TRANSMISSION CORPORATION ACT [Section 2 (2)]. Order in Council 1223/2004, approved and ordered December 11, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 1 of the Applicability Regulation, B.C. Reg. 308/2003, is amended

(

a) by renumbering the

section as

section 1 (1),

(

b) in subsection (1) by adding the following paragraph:

(g)

section 34 (2) and (3) of the Hydro and Power Authority Act . , and

(

c) by adding the following subsection:

(2) For the purposes of subsection (1) (g), a reference to the authority in

section 34 (2) of the

Hydro and Power Authority Act , as it applies for the purposes of this regulation, is deemed to be a reference to the transmission corporation.
