OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated February 2, 2005, pursuant to

Section 41 of N.S. Reg. 120/99 as amended, the Fuel Safety Regulations, made under

Section 51 of

Chapter 6 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2002, the Fire Safety Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the appointment of John McCormack of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board, necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the Advisory Board, for a term of two (2) years commencing February 25, 2005; (

b) reimburse John McCormack for the necessary and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in attending meetings of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board; (

c) approve the appointment of Jim Wilkie of North Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board, necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the Advisory Board, for a term of two (2) years commencing February 25, 2005; (

d) reimburse Jim Wilkie for the necessary and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in attending meetings of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board; (

e) approve the appointment of Winston Burke of New Victoria, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board, necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the Advisory Board, for a term of two (2) years commencing February 25, 2005; (

f) reimburse Winston Burke for the necessary and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in attending meetings of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board; (

g) approve the appointment of Harvey Fedyk of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a natural gas industry representative member of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board, for a term of two (2) years commencing February 25, 2005; and (

h) reimburse Harvey Fedyk for the necessary and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in attending meetings of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board.
