Order in Council 663/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Charles Chan was appointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective October 7, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1330/2021;

And

whereas Charles Chan tendered his resignation effective October 22, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1330/2021 be revoked effective October 22, 2022.
