Order in Council 1820/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Ontario Food Terminal Act, as amended,

Kenneth Knox of Hampton

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Chair of the Ontario Food Terminal Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective January 17, 2020 to January 16, 2021.
