Order in Council 1239/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario the Lieutenant Governor in Council may make public appointments;

Whereas Christian Petit-Frère was appointed as a part-time member of the Provincial Advisory Committee on Francophone Affairs (the “Committee”) by Order in Council O.C. 1048/2017 dated May 18, 2017;

Whereas Christian Petit-Frère has resigned from the Committee;

Now therefore Order in Council O.C. 1048/2017 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
