In general terms, the purpose of the Municipal Plan amendment and the Developm ent Regulations amendment is to accommodate residentia l development along Bayview Road (Moses Marsh) by extending the Residential designation in a southerly direction to where Bayview Road intersects the Protected Watershed area. This entails redesignating and rezoning the area in question from Rural to Residential. The Municipal Plan Amendment No. 2, 2010 and Development Regulations Am endment No. 2, 2010 come into effect on the day that this notice is published in The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.

Pharmacy Regulations (Amendment) 34/10 The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette June 18, 2010 288 1. Subsection 5(3) of the Pharmacy Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

(3) In order to receive a certifi cate of registration, a person who has not been engaged in the practice of pharmacy at least 420 hours in two consecutive calendar years shall be required to complete a course of studies or a period of internship as required by the board. 2. (1) Subsection 13(11) of the regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

(11) A pharmacist shall not fill a prescription beyond one year from the date on which the prescrip tion was originally written, except in the circumstances outlined in the Standard of Pharmacy Practice for Medication Management adopted by the board.

(2) Section 13 of the regulations is amended by adding im- mediately after subsection (11) the following:

(11.1) A pharmacist shall not fill a prescription other than as di- rected in the prescription, except in the circumstances outlined in the Standard of Pharmacy Practice for Medication Management as adopted by the board. (3) Subsection 13(12) of the regulations is repealed and the following substituted:
